Sendero Energy Services is proud to announce the promotion of Audrey Lesch to Director of Corporate Efficiency and Development.

Since joining the company in April 2024, Audrey has brought sharp financial skills, operational insight, and steady leadership to her role as Assistant Controller and IRA Apprenticeship Coordinator. In her new position, she will lead company-wide initiatives to streamline systems, improve internal processes, and support scalable growth.
Audrey’s career spans accounting, HR, operations, and construction administration. Before joining Sendero, she served as Construction Administrative Manager at Sterling Site Services, where she implemented new accounting systems, improved payroll and subcontractor workflows, and developed procedures that enhanced team efficiency. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at Persons Services Corp, advancing from Accounting Specialist to HR Director. Her responsibilities included month-end close processes, audits, employee benefits, and full-cycle hiring.
At Sendero, Audrey has already made a significant impact. She helped strengthen financial accuracy during a year of major revenue growth and successfully built the company’s Department of Labor-registered Apprenticeship Program. This program plays a critical role in meeting IRA requirements and supporting a skilled, compliant workforce on renewable energy projects.
In her new role, Audrey will continue overseeing these efforts while taking on broader responsibilities across systems management, process improvement, KPI tracking, and team coordination. Her goal is to make it easier for every department at Sendero to operate at peak performance.
Please join us in congratulating Audrey on this well-earned promotion. Her work behind the scenes continues to support our success in the field.
