Grant Gilbert is the founder and CEO of Sendero Energy Services and Sendero Industries, civil construction firms responsible for delivering major infrastructure projects across the United States. With more than three decades of leadership in the industry, Grant is known for building high-performing teams and executing complex projects that clients trust to get done right.

Executive Vice President
Julio Gaviria serves as Executive Vice President of Sendero Energy Services and has played a central role in shaping the company since its founding. With deep expertise in construction management, preconstruction strategy, and energy infrastructure development, Julio leaders operational strategy and project execution across the company's core markets.
