Grant Gilbert is the founder and CEO of Sendero Energy Services and Sendero Industries, civil construction firms responsible for delivering major infrastructure projects across the United States. With more than three decades of leadership in the industry, Grant is known for building high-performing teams and executing complex projects that clients trust to get done right.

Executive Vice President
The Executive Vice President provides strategic leadership across the organization, helping drive operational excellence, business growth, and long-term company objectives.

Chief Financial Officer

Nate Reno supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
He works closely with field leadership and project teams to manage resources, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

Beth Alessi leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and communications to strengthen its presence and support business growth. She works closely with leadership and business development teams to promote the company’s capabilities, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities that helps drive the company’s growth.
