Chief Executive Officer
Grant Gilbert is the founder and CEO of Sendero Energy Services and Sendero Industries, civil construction firms responsible for delivering major infrastructure projects across the United States. With more than three decades of leadership in the industry, Grant is known for building high-performing teams and executing complex projects that clients trust to get done right.

Chief Operating Officer
Richard oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring teams, resources, and processes are aligned to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and successfully. He provides strategic leadership across the organization, driving operational excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth while maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

He works closely with field leadership and project teams to manage resources, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

Beth Alessi leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and communications to strengthen its presence and support business growth. She works closely with leadership and business development teams to promote the company’s capabilities, build strong relationships, and identify new opportunities that helps drive the company’s growth.

Matt Mistretta leads the development of accurate, competitive project estimates by evaluating scope, labor, materials, equipment, and project requirements.
He collaborates with clients, vendors, and project teams to identify opportunities, manage risk, and help position each project for success.

Balaji Sankari turns project plans and specifications into detailed cost projections that support informed bidding and planning decisions.He combines industry knowledge, field insight, and careful analysis to uncover efficiencies, anticipate challenges, and help ensure projects are positioned for successful delivery.

Alejandro develops accurate and competitive project estimates by analyzing plans, specifications, labor, materials, equipment, and overall project requirements.
He works closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to identify cost-effective solutions, manage risk, and position each project for a successful start.
