Sendero Energy Services is pleased to announce the expansion of its Safety Department with the addition of two new team members: Freddie Vilchis and David Besinaiz.
They join Director of Safety Beth Alessi and Safety Manager David Banda in advancing the company's commitment to a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
This strategic expansion supports Sendero’s continued growth across renewable energy markets, including utility-scale solar and battery storage projects throughout the southern United States.
"Safety at Sendero is not a function. It is a culture rooted in field presence, trust, and accountability. Freddie and David exemplify this standard, and we are proud to welcome them to the team,"Beth Alessi, Director of Safety
Sendero’s safety program is designed to deliver measurable outcomes. The company maintains a TRIR of 0.00 and an EMR of 0.55, supported by robust protocols that include site-specific hazard analysis, daily toolbox talks, certified training, and digital field systems such as HammerTech, Avetta, and ISNetworld.
With additional safety leadership now embedded across multiple active project sites, Sendero is positioned to maintain the highest standards of safety performance as its project portfolio scales.
